In only 3 years of writing & performing, the Framingham, MA native has covered a lot of ground. The Dwayne Haggins of 2016 wouldn't even have felt comfortable enough to call himself a songwriter. But after a sold-out album release show in 2018 at Amazing Things Arts Center, Dwayne and his band were swept up in a creative whirlwind faster than they could blink.

Fast forward to December, 2019. The band is releasing their second full length record, titled "China Ruby," comprised of all original songs. China Ruby brings together a highly dynamic community of artists, all holding unique styles and expertise. The original work is quite literally amplified by the collective voices of this talented network. "I've been extremely lucky to meet so many amazing people and musicians to this point, so I wanted as many of them as I could fit in, to be a part of this record."

Dwayne describes this project as a Rock 'n' Roll record, infused with gospel sound. Being largely influenced by artists such as Leon Russell and The Staples Singers, it was only a matter of time before Dwayne released a work like this. And on Sunday, December 8th, he'll be bringing the whole circus itself to Maynard, MA to show you exactly what it was like to make this record.

Opening Act: Daniel Neihoff

Daniel Neihoff is an emerging Singer/Songwriter from Paducah, KY. He has been described as “one of the best storytelling songwriters in Nashville”. His music blends sensitive and articulate lyrics with effortless finger-picking and powerful vocals. With a voice that is honest and passionate, Daniel holds nothing back every time he takes the stage. In a short time he has built a reputation as a songwriter to watch. There is no doubt that he has a long career ahead of him.
